SMART VU FILM, known as switchable window(glass) film, is an electronic
component that can actively adjust the penetration rate of solar light.
This is a new material that adjusts the penetration of visible rays according to the presence or absence of electricity. In the absence of an electronic field, the droplet director is randomly aligned and the refractive index
of the droplet is mismatched with that of the prepolymer which causes the light to scatter. In this state, the film can be switched to an index matched
and transparent state when the electric field which align the droplet director parallel, is applied.

Request of product from automobile companies
(Company B, Company H, Company T). The maximum temperature standard of the vehicle is 70˚C, but it can be increased up to 100˚C depending on various environments. PDLC film is transparent when it exceeds the limit of heat resistance, so products that can withstand up to 100˚C are required.
Solved problem through technological development. Developed products that can withstand 100-105˚C and applicable to all vehicle environments. Currently in the process of applying PDLC film to H brand automobiles.
